Wordless Wednesday~ w Linky Papa's Birthday



Like most families that live in reasonably close proximity to each other, we gather for any "special" dates...the usual holidays, Mother's Day,Father's Day etc, but birthdays are the best!





This is one of those few times when all the grandchildren are looking in the same direction.  If I remember correctly, I was  taking the picture and told them to say "cheese" and they could have a piece   of cake... !!!

      Besides, the kids will do just about anything for a piece of ice-cream cake!!!

      Jo,I'd love to say I lovingly made it for him, but the truth of the matter is the kids love ice-cream cake and if the kids like it, so does Papa!!!
