Today is a cooler rainy day on the east coast, and I do mean coast. We live near a large harbour that opens to the Bay of Fundy and then the Atlantic Ocean. We have an expression... "if you don't like the weather, hang around for a few hours and it will change"
Typically, yesterday was totally different and that's a good thing. I was at a birthday celebration and the young ones were playing with bubbles. I "caught" a couple of shots on our way to the car. Wouldn't it be nice if we could put a bubble around our kids/grand kids?....but that would not be real life.
Wouldn't that be nice?! Great photo!!

Oh we can at least dream, Tammi
DeleteI live in FL and the weather here has been crazy (for FL). We are getting storms nearly every day at some point. Rain is normal, but storms are not. I am soooo tired of it. But, as you say, give it an hour or two, and it will change.
ReplyDeleteI think we would like to wrap all of our loved ones in a protective bubble, no? Great picture!
I take some consolation from the fact that the weather is weird....even in Fl. If this keeps up WE will need a protective bubble.LOL!
DeleteGood capture heheh!
ReplyDeleteHave a bubbltastic week
You have a bubbltastic week as well, Steve!!
DeleteNice shot! I always miss bubbles and end up with a blank photo, ha ha ha!
ReplyDeleteMy first try with bubbles, Karly,so just beginners luck.LOL

ReplyDeleteIt was a last minute thing, Monica, as we were walking to the car....glad I gave it a try.
DeleteI'm in NS :) I love snapping shots of bubbles... they are magical :)
ReplyDeleteThen you can certainly appreciate the weather issues, Heather. I thinkk there is something magical about them as well!
DeleteBeautiful picture! And it would be nice sometimes, if only to get a break without having to worry about our little ones! Lol
ReplyDeleteOh,Kathryn, I have so "been there, done that" and can appreciate what you are going through now. Enjoy, however, cause when it's done....it's done, and you have to wait for grand babies!
DeleteWhat a lovely shot! I love this!
ReplyDeleteWe were blowing bubbles the other day. Wanted to grab my camera, by my 4 year old told me, "MOMMMMMMMMM! You'll lose the moment if you're not in it" LOL!
I have been lucky to have been in so many moments, but as a "Nana" I have the luxury of being able to step back a bit!!Thanks for taking the time to comment, Christine.
DeleteNice pic - now I want to go try photographing bubbles! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha... I know what you mean, now I want to try to get a different perspective of them...

ReplyDeleteOh, Shayna, you are so right... and it continues with the grand-kids..same joy 'cept you get to walk away!!!LOL!
