Smile Brilliant LED Teeth Whitening System

It is finally showing all the wonderful signs of Spring in this part of the world!

Outside, the grass is getting greener and the  earth is yielding to brightly colored flowers.

Inside, we are changing up our wardrobe, picking out bright accessories,  and facing the word with a smile. Now, think about this, your most valuable fashion accessory, your smile, that you wear 24/7, needs to be bright as well!

I thought I was projecting my "best self", but it was not until I completed the easy to use, safe and very effective Smile Brilliant LED Teeth Whitening System   did I realize how much whiter it made my smile. Similar results  would have cost hundreds more from a dentist's chair.

When you don't have time to mess with syringes and need immediate results on the go, Smile Brilliant's LED Teeth Whitening System does it all. SmileBrilliant.com is pleased to offer a tooth bleaching package that generates results in an easy to carry package. In as little as 20 minutes per day, this kit gets results and goes where you go. The whitening system includes an ultra high strength professional whitening pen with an LED lighting system. The gel paints on quickly and the LED whitening light accelerates the process.

I did find some very minor tooth sensitivity on the first two mornings, but it quickly disappeared and  my smile was "good to go"!!

Now I will launch into Spring feeling confident and fully accessorized at all times!

Blogathon Week End Wrap Up.

Well, fellow bloggers it has been a fast, furious and fantastic  72 hours or so.   Today I have not been able to fan the flames of activity that were present in the first two days, but I'm trying to cut myself some slack.  The goal of this, at least for me, was to meet and interact with other bloggers and  that was accomplished!   Speaking of goals, I will show you my list and how it looks now.

My "to do list for this, my second blogathon...
~Take part in some mini challenges --don't know how many yet-
~Check out abt. 35 sites per day.
~Sample my box lunch and assess my hydration*

~Put my posts in appropriate 'files'
~Learn more about "Linkedin" and other sites
~Get up and walk around to stretch my legs and relieve my derriere*
~Respond to any posts on my site
~Have fun learning

I still have not worked on the housekeeping aspect of my blog, but like other housekeeping tasks this one will still be there when I have time to get back to it.
It has been a joy meeting all the new and not so new bloggers and interacting with you.  This was the first "twitter party" I have ever participated in,and my comment to that was a resounding WOW!  It will surely be on my list of "must do" activities for next time. All in all I spent about 18 hours, which is short of the ideal 24 hours, but a good chunk of week-end was absorbed with the blogathon fun.

Many thanks again to Kathleen Garber and "the team" for their tireless efforts and patience with people like me who do not share their experience or expertise.   It has been great!

Blogathon WeekEnd -Day 2 Mini Challenge

As part of the blogathon, there are several mini challenges that have been posted. The contributors of these challenges are incredibly smart techi-types, but in their kindness they are helping people like me to learn new aspects of blogging.  One of  these is  challenge #8- Photo Editing Tools for Bloggers @ Geek With Style   Here is my entry.

After reading  your pros and cons re different types of Photo Editing tools available, I feel I should give it some thought before investing. I now use a simple but effective site called picmonkey  to edit most of the photos I use. I must state here, however, that I do not know how to put a watermark on my pictures ( I realize there is a challenge for this.... have not attempted it .....Yet). This site crops, resizes, and all the basic tools for free (now).  I have a Windows 7 operating system, and am cautious. If Aeryn Lynne is having difficulty I am not even attempting it!!

I picked this picture of a lonely picnic table in the winter snow because it has a sad kind of beauty to it.
The only things I did was enhance the color and add my blog name to it. I would appreciate any help or advice.

-- Christmas Magic--

December 9,2012

Many times the highlight of my Christmas has been an experience that was totally unpredictable.  These experiences  were not, in and of themselves, earth shattering or remarkable in any way.  They were simple events that because of their timing and meaningfulness to me made them part of what I refer to as Christmas Magic.

Wellness -- K.I.S.S. ( Keep It So Simple)

November 27,2012

With Thanksgiving 2012 an event in the past, we now are moving full tilt with our preparations for the  next big event for this year, Christmas!  The stores are, or in some cases have been, stocked with decorations , gift ideas and the commercials that are inundating  us with what the simply "have" to buy to be happy, to be like  our neighbors, to be able to relate to our co- workers, and others that are encountered, even by chance.  This time of "peace on earth" can quite rapidly become a "stress on earth" that is so unnecessary. We all want to celebrate, but it is how we celebrate that is important.

Hard to believe it is that time of the year again. I'm not talking about the weather, it's the "decorating the house" time.   You would think that after all these years of marriage we would have the whole dig-out-the boxes, pick out what you want, check that the lights still work thing down to a science. But in reality......NOT!!

Frivolous Friday-- Grammar Is Important. #3 of a series.

November 16,2012
Note: I am in the process of renewing my home page. It is a task intensive and frustrating ordeal, so please bear with me until the final edition is ready. In the meantime .....enjoy

This  is a series that  will appear on the Frivolous Friday slot for the next little while, in bi-weekly increments ( for fortnightly if you are from Britain). Although it is very basic grammar, most of it I learned while in junior high school.... now called middle school and the presentation reflects that age group.

I am not a teacher, not do I have any idea what is or is not taught in the system today. It is just an idea that presented itself when I came across a grammar text ( see Oct.5/12) that was used in the schools "in my day".  I am hoping to refresh my memory and maybe even relearn a few things, but mostly I am going to make the effort to keep it, light, informative and above all, fun and humorous.  Hope you enjoy.

It's that "Fall Back" time of year again, when the clocks in thousands of homes are turned back by one hour  so that  daylight starts an hour earlier....actually it follows that night also starts an hour earlier, but that's not the point!!  The bottom line is that we experience more darkness in our normal work day.
