Whoa, Jeremy, you are an amazing entrepreneur . I hope you have a job in advertizing! Actually, it is a very old house and has been abandoned for years. The tides are high and fierce, and when it does fall there would not be enough time to get our alive.... Love your comments.
In fact I think the place should be dismantled as it is somewhat unsightly. OK for a picture, not to live beside. I sure wouldn't want to stay inside it.
Great photo and idea. It soon will be totally gone!

DeleteI think it should be dismantled soon before it falls apart in the river.
For sale...fixer upper?????? Great photo!!
ReplyDeleteI like the photo, too, Monica, but even Mike Holmes would pass on this one. LOL
DeleteHope they have insurance!
ReplyDeleteWere it me, I would promote this place BIG time.
How?
I'm glad you asked.
I'd run an ad in the paper, on Craigslist, etc.
A dozen people would be invited to stay in the place until it fell into the water.
Cameras would roll both inside and out.
People would surely bail one by one once the creaking and shifting began.
The last one out wins!
Prizes?
Trophy. Multiple prizes from the sponsors I lined up, etc.
What do you think?
